cannot add a NEW widget in home page

Bug description:
Trunk, web client, home page widget
If you use an existing widget, you can display it. but a newly created widget
can't be displayed.
Try to add a new widget from Administration/Customization/User
Interface/Homepage Widgets or from the home page, click add, in the wizard
click add and then click new. Create the widget. and then add that widget in
the home page, the displayed view is the wizard with many to many widget.
