[5.0.15] Save / Restore fail

Bug description:
On 5.0.15 / All in One / Windows XP SP3
- Create new database "Test". Minimal profile
- Save database fails with error message
- Restoring a database saved with 5.0.14 fails too (pg_restore works fine)
