stock tracking internal moves missing, check runs to late
Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:

Bug description:
(1) currently the tracking check is only performed if state='done'
I am strictly against allowing to enter "wrong" data and check that much later
- peolpe loose context what happend. it might also be a different person
setting the move to done.
(2) we must also allow to track internal moves.
Example
* track production -> internal
* move internal -> internal elsewhere -- this one must also be tracked
* track internal - customer
the attached patch against 5.0.x solves this all
( must probably be applied manually )
