cannot create an employee as hr manager

Install all hr_modules
create a user with these group :
- Employee
- Partner / Manager
- Human Resources / User
- Human Resources / Manager
as this user, try to create an employee -> bug -> "Correct red field -> but no
red field
In gtk, it work fine
