Cancelling periodic inventory does not cancel account move

Bug description:
When a New Physical inventory is created and confirmed an accounts move for
the corresponding amount is raised.
After that if Physical inventory is cancelled, the account move is not
cancelled.
If you reconfirm the Physical Inventory again, it creates a new account move.
The account_move should be deleted when the physical inventory is cancelled &
should not allow cancellation if the account move is posted.
