Now the problem remains with Report only.

Cant access l10n_cn with proper chinese characters

Bug description:
When I access the following file
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-commiter/openobject-addons/stable_5.0-extra-addons/annotate/head%3A/l10n_chart_cn/account_chart.xml
all Chinese characters are changed with question marks ���ʲ�
Running Ubuntu 10.04 server and desktop with both Chinese input and display. I
can access without problems other files with chinese characters.
