The gantt view doesn't display graph correctly

Bug description:
In gantt view (gantt in project_long_term), data appears only if user selects
and unselect the project in the right panel.
test yourself
- use demo data, project : Integrate a Sale and Warehouse Management which
starts today
- Compute phase scheduling
- go to the gantt view (dates are ok, you can see today date) but you can't see
the project's graph
- zoom - in order to see 2009 Q3 -> the graph appears
- it appears again if you select and unselect the project in the right panel
again and again
Fix :
- the display trouble
- once the user has computed the phases scheduling, he should be on the gantt
view instead of being on the sale menu
