Custom Reports do not display any values

Bug description:
Custom Reports (statistical reports), do not show any values after clicking
the button 'Open Report'. Only headers appear with blank records. The number of
blank records is equal to the number of custom reports created.
Link: Administration>Customization>Reporting>Custom Reports (you need to
install base_report_creator).
