Public bug reported:
regardless if cashregister or bank is opened the title of the printed
output is always "Bank Statement" -
IMHO the name must be taken from the Journal
to be usefull for accounting purpose additional info must be printed
* transactions and associated journal entries
* cashbox for cash journals.
In a cumbersome way this info can be manually glued together somewho by
printing "bank statement" + associated "Journal Entries" - not state of
the art....
