Not possible to set a Stage for a lead if a Sales Team is not selected

Bug description:
* From the Lead form view, it's not possible to define a "Stage" because
stages are linked to sales team
* From the Stages form view, there is no indication that a Sales Team should
be linked to it
=>
1) In the Lead form view, there should be a warning or a tooltip
indicating that a Stage is linked to a Sales Team
2) In the Stage form view, the "Sales Team" field should be available
(and even more mandatory)
