I have tested your scenario with the latest code at my end. But all
are works fine. So I am closing this bug.If you still face same problem

[RC2] field in domain is False

Bug description:
In a lead, when a stage is linked to a sales team, it doesn't appear
in the selection list. This is related to a strange bug in the web
client which doesn't not put the value of the field "section_id" in
the domain of the field "stage_id". This bug may affect the whole
application.
