[6.0RC2] webdav - ';' in name not handled correctly

Bug description:
using demo data and creating a dynamic project/task structure (IMHO
should go into demo data to show something interesting)
task names with ';' are displayed as files and not as directories.
BTW performance
it takes ~6 seconds to display 6 tasks of a project using webdav of konqueror
and almost 3-4 seconds using command line cadaver.
an index on project_task(project_id) will help for larger
installations (tested but no improvement for the current demo data)
