When I try to define a new account type, through Accounting >
Configuration > Financial Accounting > Accounts > Account Types, I
observe that the field 'Sign on Reports' is missing. Although this
functionality exists, it is not accessible via the form and I cannot set
the 'Positive' or 'Negative' sign for reports.
