if a db is created without passwor, it looks like the db had been

Bug description:
in web client, trunk :
if you create a new db, enter admin password, name of the db and then,
click ok. It loads a lot and then the login page appears. but i have
no password because i didn't specify it.
in GTK, the "validate" button is available only if all fields (db
creation) are filled. It should be like this in web or a warning
should appear if the user try to validate the creation of the db
while he didn't fill in all field.
