[6.0] base_contact - partner address must display street

Bug description:
a partner has 2 adresses , a contcat moves from one address to the
other
open contact,
delete the current contact address -
enter partner name in ADDRESS field (strange enough)
it openens 2 address lines, but without "street"
so movong from one to other address in the same town is hazard
