I have tested your scenario with 6,0 and trunk at my end.
But I am not able to reproduce it . Would you please elaborate with more or
prove the proper steps to reproduce it.

In
Project/Invoicing/Bill tasks works.
When you Group by Account.
You select a line and do action to create an invoice.
When you create the invoice, there is an error :
