I have solved the problem All the backups work now in GTK and web interface Makes a sql file in GTK and dumb file in webclient

So after creation, modules installed are : base, base_setup, web_livechat. When I try to save database with "Fichier -> Base de données -> Sauvegarder une base de données", popup opening.
