XML-RPC secure not working on windows client 6.0.1

Bug description:
I've tried connecting to my server with gtk-client on different
plateform using xml-rpc over ssl.
It works on linux (ubuntu desktop 10.10).
On windows I get the "Could not connect to server! " Message.
Windows 7. I didn't try winxp yet. Don't have a box near me.
