can not change stage in hr recruitment

Bug description:
trunk, saas
in hr recruitment, stage are depending on department (each department
can have different recruitment process). In applicant view, specify a
department and change stage ok, but if you change the department, and
then change satge again : bug
how to reproduce
- create 2 departments : dep1 and dep2 (from Human
Resources/Configuration/Human Resources/Departments)
- create 3 stages for this 2 department (from) Human
Resources/Configuration/Recruitment/Stages)
- create a new applicant (from Human Resources/Recruitment/Applicants)
- set the department to dep1
- change stage ok
- change department to dep2
- change stage : bug
