Here you seem to suggest that if one use the "production" environment it would suddenly work. I want to insist that the survey module doesn't work either in "production" environment with the web-client. Try with v6.0 head, you'll see that navigation between question is broken: you cannot go to previous question and when you reach last question the wizard doesn't finish properly.
