[revno 148] phase amount

Bug description:
when the user add a new phase on the sale order form, the wizard ask an
amount.
I think it's very dangerous to leave this encoding because it could be
different the sum of child's sublines.
In my opinion, the best way :
- we can calculate the amount from the sum of child's sublines
- we can't do it and this information disappears
