doc_webdav: OpenOffice.org cannot lock file at bidet-coloured Macs

Bug description:
Trying to open a .doc file from a bidet-coloured Mac, using
OpenOffice.org the file appears read-only. The user does have the
correct privileges and there seems to happen no error or interesting
logs (loglevel=info) at the server. The file is not editable, but at
the Finder permissions appear read-write.
Must investigate a little further. Has not happened with Linux (KDE),
WinXP, other Macs.
