I am wrong. "tools.csrf.on = True/False" in conf file don't cencern to the problem. But 2 follows things are sure: 1. Everything is OK after resetting open web server. But the problem re-appears after some hours using. 2. It is not only the popup list of access groups but also all choosing popup list.

This case is only with web client, with the client i show the complete default list of access group. My configuration is : Switzerland with CHF money.
