[5.0] installment plan , payment term : Problem with invoice

Bug description:
Hello,
We have a problem with payment term, If you define a payment term, with a
installment plan : like
30 % for a payment , 30% for a second payment and 40 % for the last payment.
If you make the first payment (30 % a an invoice), it will fully reconcile
the first part of invoice.
But if you check the Residual amound of the invoice is not decreased.
