Hi, Lucas! Yes, the generic thing not implemented. I have done analysis for several countries on Payroll module feasibility, and for none it proved workable. Which makes e think, that the Payroll module is not being used in a production. For OpenERP SA any functional bug is just a wishlist.

It is common practice to use such information for tax calculations.
