Switch View buttons unclear when available (v6)

Opinion
Bug description:
The 'Switch View' buttons on the new web client within v6 are very
clear when a view is selected, but there is hardly any differential
between a view that is NOT selected but IS available and a view that
is NOT selected but IS NOT available.
Suggest adding a border around the button if the view is available or
some other visual indicator.
