Same thing happens to me on Windows 7. Open V6. When I try to setup the Account Receivables and Account Payables for ALL Partners (So I try to setup a parameter with resource value NOT SET), It gives me the same error.
I Try specifying: Resource = partner and Value = NOT SET Resource NOT SET and Value = NOT SET The resource field help states: "If not set, act as a default value for new resources".This worked perfectly in V5. By the way...
