crm - missing: filter on write date

Bug description:
currently the butons filter (only) on (incoming) date,
incoming answers do not update this field ( i do not know if it should)
hence incoming answers are NOT classified and not searchable with Today / 7
Days buttons nor even with a filter
IMHO the existing field date_action_last should be filled and used
for filtering, but is empty (since feb 2010 when I moved to v5 ??)
