internal move: no validation for production lot

Bug description:
steps to reproduce:
- product.form: enable 'track manufacturing lots'/'track incomings
lots'/'track outgoing lots'
- warehouse/warehouse management/internal moves
- create a new entry from stock A to stock B (both internal)
- process/validate
expected behavior: error message "you must assign a production lot for
this product"
occurred behavior: move gets in state 'done', stock without production
lot
