Hello, The problem is generated in web-client only because the problem occurs if there is parent.id . In gtk-client there is no parent id field for import and export but which is available in web-client so this problem occurs in web-client.
Same problem occurs in product category which is generated in both web and gtk-client because there is parent category available. So the data can not import when parent id is available.
