docuemnts: ftp with passive ports works only 1 minute behind a
firewall

Bug description:
When you assign in the server config file the passive ports (e.g.
ftp_server_passive_ports = 8022:8023) the ftp works only for one
minute and then the server can't find any more ports to bind.
Error message in the logfile: [2010-02-24 15:42:53,221]
INFO:FTP:[admin]@192.168.2.100:24355 Can't find a valid passive port
in the configured range. A random kernel-assigned port will be used.
So the server tries to take random port, but behind a firewall that
doesn't work because you have only the porst 8021-8023 open.
I'm using the latest stable version (5.0) of the server from bazaar.
