Track Outgoing Lots
Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):

Bug description:
In a product, select the 'Track Outgoing Lots'
Create a delivery order
You can process it despite the fact that 'Track Outgoing Lots' is True
I tested with 'Track Incoming Lots' and it does block Incoming
shipment if no prod lot are added
