Hello Dr Ferdinand, I had downloaded wkhtmltopdf-0.10.0_rc2-static-i386.tar.bz2 and use it, But all are working as expected means we have get a cell border in pdf report.
I have attached a screen-shot for your reference so would you please check it and notify us where you faced the problem.
