mailgate import long subject cut off - data loss

Bug description:
longer as 128 char subjects are cut off
IMHO if the subject is longer than 128
'name': fields.char('Name', size=128, required=True),
the subject should be prepended and saved in the message body.
( I think I have reported this already, but do not find the bug)
