Duplicating a survey copies too much information

Bug description:
When duplicating a survey that's already open, the state is reset correctly
back to draft, but the counters for Total Completed/Started Surveys,
tot_comp_survey and tot_start_survey are not reset to 0, but left at their
values.
So the new, draft survey states it has been sent and (maybe) answered.
They should be reset to 0.
Also, survey.history, stating when a user has started working on a
survey, should not be duplicated, as the users have not yet starting
working on the new survey.
