Deleting payments from an invoice in 'paid' state doesn't convert it
back to 'open' state

Bug description:
This is regarding v6.
The issue:
Deleting all payments from an invoice in 'paid' state doesn't convert
it back to 'open' state. This forces me to have to use PgAdmin to
return the invoice to 'open' state.
Am I missing a step or might this be a bug?
