stock: when splitting incoming shipments, system allows to split lots
in more than the total quantity, without warning

Bug description:
openobject-addons/6.0 revno 4545
steps:
1- Create new incoming shipments
2- Add it a stock move with quantity '3'
3- Open the move and click on 'Split'
4- Add 4 lots
5- Click 'Ok'
System splits the move in 3 lots losing information about the fourth.
I would expect that, for instance, while clicking 'Ok', system warned me
about having added too many lots
