I agree with this, Needs to remove the unnecessary code from server side
related to translation .po files.

bin/addons/base/i18n and openerp/addons/base/i18n: which one is in use

Bug description:
I notice that there are both bin/addons/base/i18n and
openerp/addons/base/i18n containing the localization files for server,
but the bin/addons/base/i18n doesn't contain any .pot file. Is it
still in use? If not, why it's not removed/consolidated to
openerp/addons/base/i18n to avoid confusion?
