manufacturing - work center sequence 0 is not listed

Bug description:
Having more than one work center in one manufacturing order,
in the printed version, if the work center sequence starts from 0,1,2,3 etc,
the number 0 is not displayed in the report.
Perhaps the number should be "sequence+1" for non IT guys who start numbering
from 1.
