OpenERP can't update time immediately

Bug description:
Hi,
I do tests on WareHouse module.
With Incoming Shipment, when creating new Incoming Shipment, Order Date field
does not update time correctly. Date is ok, but time is not ok. It takes the
time from starting service.
With Inventory Control, it's the same issue. Time is not updated.
