Stock datetime fields

Bug description:
All datetime fields in stock/stock.py has default values defined
without lambda-functions, so when creating some stock object all
datetime fields are set to the date of the last server start instead
of a current.
(as for stock verson 6.0.1.1 installed with oerp server 6.0.2)
