Stock Moves in I/C Shipments and Delivery Order

Bug description:
I have tried the Incoming Shipments>>Process and then Validate the
material which comes in..once I validate screen does not refresh and
still showing Validate button. Once I go back and refresh the I/C
shipments page..it does.
Same is the case when I process the delivery orders. After process,
Validate screen remains open and does not completes the flow.
I am using OpenERP v 6.0.2
