confusing label in Journal View - very minor

Bug description:
In Journal view (Accounting->Configuration->Journals - under
validations there is an option called Check Date not in period. This
is confusing as you aren't really checking that the date is not in the
period, you are in fact checking/verifying that the date is in the
period. e.g Validating as per the name.
A better name would be Validate date, or even Check Date in period.
