Translation doesn't work in Procurement Scheduler

When Scheduler will run or we will run it manually and if there is any
exception the it will generate a Procurement Exception
And in that there is a error message. but when we have selected any other
language in user account "even in admin"
scheduler is generating error in English language only .
in scheduler functions there is _('ERROR MSG") is written but i think there
is no context is passing for that functions so server is not able to get
current LANG that is the reason for misbehavior.
