-- You received this bug notification because you are a member of C2C OERPScenario, which is subscribed to the OpenERP Project Group. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/771731 Title: automates server actions - maximum communication history check incomplete Status in OpenERP Modules (addons): New Bug description: currently the server action is triggered as long as not minimum 2 history - mail - entries are found the idea is that this confirmation mail is send only once. as the mail is not stored , it can't be checked. we have to handle 2 cases * customer sends mail => server action should run if 1 mail exists * customer calls and user creates case. => server action should run if no mail exists I do not see a (easy?) way to configure this now. what has to be checked is - send confirmation mail if this server action has not been executed once. IMHO this can only be checked if the mail is stored.
