Retried with latest version 6.0.2. Install as admin, user working under limited
account. Then the menu links in Win 7 64 are not recreated.
So options: no links, or only links in the used admin account.
Correct location for links: all user/Public

Bug description:
The install goes ok, asks for admin rights, and finalises. However
running as normal user, there are no entries in the menu: option was
chosen.
