More news,... I have installed a new DDBB first installed fetchmail and configured to create crm.helpdesk object. It works fine with attachments. After that I have installed document module and it works fine too. I the other DDBB with error I installed document module and then fetchmail, and it doesn't work. For some reason the order of module instalation is important. That is the reason because it is dificult reproduce the error. I guess. Thanks in advance. Paco
