Bug description:
Cuando el calculo del IVA resulta en fracciones de centavo se redondea
correctamente pero en el titulo IVA es vez de poner IVA 16% o IVA
16.00% pone IVA 16.XX% donde xx corresponde a los decimales
resultantes del redondeo
