ics Calender with Outlook -> Error: Floating DSTART DTEND

Hello,
perhaps this isn't really a Bug, but it sure is a Problem for people
using Outlook.
I added the Meetings Calendar via ics to Outlook 2010, but it doesn't
sync and there are Errors like:
'The VEVENT, "myevent", defined near line 78, contains a floating
DTSTART. Outlook supports floating time for all-day events only.
Double-click to open this item.'
could this somehow be fixed?
