Hello,
I have checked this issue and I have faced the problem is that in
delivery price-list always first price-list (Which have lower sequence)
and another thing I have faced in trunk that is the blank grid-lines
pricelist ;s and which have lower sequence So if you create a new price-
list for any condition then you always face the error like "No line
matched this order in the choosed delivery grids !"

Bug description:
Hello,
I get a problem with delivery pricelist : the good pricelist don't apply. I
get a pop telling that it could not find any pricelist applying.
Pricelist i setup correctly.
Checking the code, i see that this part of code in delivery.py
test = eval(line.type+line.operator+str(line.max_value), price_dict)
Are always FALSE. The 'line.operator' value are always '>='. I think
it never get the value configure in the pricelist.
Could someone help ?
